Delivery Information

Delivery methods
Royal Mail’s First Class Delivery Service and Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service are used. In exceptional circumstances, we may use courier services to deliver your product. Charges will be as applicable.
 
Delivery time
In general, if an order is placed before 2:30 p. m. GMT on a working day, delivery shall be done on the next working day. But during busy periods Royal Mail may take 2-5 working days to deliver your goods. If you wish to have your product delivered within a day, you can pay and use the services of Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service. There have also been times when the delivery has taken up to two weeks, but, believe us, that’s not a ritual.
If you are placed in a remote place, you have to allow us a little extra time. Also, if the product you order is out of stock, you will have to wait till we get it especially for you and contact you for a delivery date.

Delivery address
The product shall be delivered at your home or office address as long as the address is valid and verifiable. We suggest that you receive the product on your registered card address. When we deliver, either you or a representative should be present to sign the delivery slip.
If you are unavailable when the package arrives, a card will be left with relevant contact details. You can either call for redelivery at a convenient date or pick up the package in person. An ID proof is mandatory if you decide to go in person.
 
Intimation about delivery
As soon as your online order is received, we will send an acknowledgement email. Once your credit card details and your address are validated, your order is dispatched and once again you will receive intimation via email. Delivery holidays
Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days for the Royal Mail. Bank holidays are also included in royal mail’s holiday list. So, delivery is done only from Monday to Friday usually between 8 a. m. and 12 noon GMT.
 
Important notes:
• When you sign for a delivery, do so only after checking the product. We cannot be held responsible for any damages after you have signed for and accepted the product.
• If your package goes missing, we may need 15 days to trace it.
