Returns and Warranty

Returns and exchange
We try to provide you with the best quality products and services, but in case there is a need you can return the goods to us, based on the following guidelines.
Received a damaged product?
If your products are damaged in transit, you must intimate us via email or phone ( or 0844 879 7213), within 48 hours of receipt of your package. The entire amount that you paid will be refunded or a replacement given on receipt of the product.
Received a faulty product?
If you return a faulty product to us within two weeks, we can accept it back upon verification and refund you the money using the same details of your card that you provided. We can also supply a replacement.
Received the wrong package?
Receipt of incorrect goods due to a mistake on our part can be reversed if you return the goods to us. We can then either refund the money using the same details of your card that you provided or supply another product.
Want to change your order?
Do you think that you ordered the wrong product? Or have you changed mind about owning a certain product that you have already ordered? According to the Distance Selling Directive (DSD) you can cancel your order within a week of its receipt. We would only request you to ensure that the goods are unopened and new. You may then return the packaged goods to us within two weeks of their delivery at your doorstep. The cost of return will of course be borne by you. Once the goods are received, in their original condition, we will refund the value of the product to you after subtracting the original cost of postage borne by us in sending you the package.
Exchange and Return during Warranty period
If your products are not up to the mark or donít function properly and you discover this after two weeks but within the warranty period, you can ask for a repair or replacement. All you have to do is make sure that you return the fully packaged product in its complete form with all the accessories including the manual, CD, etc. Please include a note stating the fault and your order reference number along with your preference for exchange or refund. If this information is missing, there may be a delay in our services. You are solely responsible for any tampering or loss of goods that you send back to us. We suggest that you use a postage service which provides insurance for highly valued goods that you return to us.
Your money will be refunded to you via the same card that you used to place an order, within thirty days of receipt of the returned product.
